Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with the original invoice and diamond certificates.
Shipping and Insurance
Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
